Ingredients
- 1 cups Old Fashioned Quick Oats
- 1/2 cups Sugars, Brown
- 5 servings Margarine, Light
- 0 cups Water
- 0 cups Omega Cooking Oil
- 1/4 servings Sugar, Granulated
- 3/4 cups Old Fashioned Quick Oats
- 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Sugar, Granulated
- 3/4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 3 cups Grapes, Seedless ( Red And Green )
- 4 servings Milled Flax Seed
Directions
Mix oats, brown sugar, light margarine, and flaxseed together in a bowl for topping. Mix water, oil, sugar, flour and oats together for the bottom crust. Press down mixture on bottom of a 9" pie plate and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Take out and let cool enough to touch - brush with egg white if desired. Slice grapes and put into microwave container, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in sugar and flour, stir well. Pour grapes on top of pie crust. Sprinkle topping on top. Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes depending on how juicy the grapes are.
