What makes this creamy vegan dressing so vividly green? Avocado, parsley, chives, tarragon and culinary matcha. Matcha consists of stone-ground green tea leaves that can have a beneficial effect on blood sugar levels and fat metabolism.

Directions

1. Remove seed and peel from avocado.
2. Add all ingredients to a blender. Cover and puree on high speed. Drizzle in cold water to reach desired consistency, about 1/4 cup.
3. Use immediately or store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
