To prepare this recipe, fire up the grill and top shucked oysters with chopped tomatoes, shallots and garlic. The oysters will give you a boost in tissue-repairing protein and disease-fighting zinc. We’re also adding a touch of honey and sriracha to turn up the heat. Grill for a few minutes and enjoy!

1. Fire grill to medium heat.
2. Shuck oysters, retaining as much of their brine in shells as possible.
3. Top each oyster with the remaining ingredients and gently place on the grill.
4. Wait until oysters start to sizzle. After that, wait until oysters have bubbled for a full minute then remove and serve to your Valentine. Careful not to burn any lips!

Note:
Use Wellfleet or Bluepoint oysters.
