This must-try dessert features grilled pound cake adorned with a warm strawberry topping. Strawberries provide fiber, an anti-inflammatory called quercetin and plenty of fruity sweetness. To make the topping, in a heated pot stir together strawberries with a little raw coconut nectar and a splash of balsamic vinegar.

1. Thaw strawberries and pound cake, if frozen.
2. In a small saucepan, stir together strawberries, coconut nectar (or honey), and balsamic vinegar. Heat over high until sauce is bubbling and strawberries are fully heated through, about 2 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, spritz a grill-pan with cooking spray and fully heat over high.
4. Grill pound cake slices until rich grill marks form and cake is heated through, about 2 minutes total.
5. Serve grilled pound cake topped with strawberry sauce.
