Directions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil and salt. Transfer to a jar or serving bowl.

2. Top with grilled vegetables of choice. (Hint: Use leftovers! Try grilled bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes and/or zucchini).

3. Serve with lemon wedge.

Use pre-grilled vegetables (leftovers) for this recipe.
