For a unique but delicious spin on dinner, try baking some ground-beef nachos.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Mix ground beef, 2 cloves minced garlic, ⅓ chopped onion, ancho powder, salt and pepper. Spread over ¼ of one end of a rack over a sheet pan.
3. Scatter a layer of chips over rest of the rack on sheet pan to create base layer. With a knife or spoon, gently spread refried beans to cover about 30 tortilla chips and place them atop base layer. Scatter shredded Cheddar evenly over all chips and place sheet pan in oven for 12 minutes.
4. Combine chopped tomatoes, onions, and cilantro with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Halve, pit and cube avocado. Set both aside.
5. Remove sheet pan from oven, crumble ground beef over nachos and replace in oven for another 3 minutes, then retrieve pan, scatter sliced jalapeños, olives, avocado and pico de gallo over top, then garnish with sour cream and sliced radishes and serve.
