Vegan heirloom Cherry Tomato and Hummus “Nachos”

Our recipe is inspired by nachos -- with a Middle Eastern twist. And it's super simple, too; there’s no cooking required for this fiber-rich snack!

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 3

  • 6 tsp Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 2 1/2 oz Whole Grain Pita Chips - Sea Salt
  • 2/3 cup Hummus, Classic
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, Raw Fresh

DIRECTIONS

1 Thinly slice heirloom cherry tomatoes.
2 Arrange pita chips on a platter.
3 Top with the hummus and decorate with the heirloom cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley
4 Serve and enjoy!
