These pinwheels are incredibly easy to make. Simply spread whole-grain tortillas with a mixture of Neufchatel and white balsamic vinegar. Then layer on organic ham, baby arugula, red onion, pepperoncini and fresh oregano, roll it all up and slice into sections.

1. In a small bowl, stir together Neufchatel and vinegar until creamy; spread over the entire surface of each tortilla.
2. Top entire surface of each with ham, arugula, onion, drained pepperoncini (hot pepper rings), and oregano. (Note: Only use fresh not dried, oregano.)
3. Roll up tightly. Wrap tightly. Chill in the refrigerator overnight, if desired.
4. Unwrap, trim ends, and cut crosswise into about 5 pieces per tortilla wrap.
