If you like to eat breakfast after a morning workout, this smoothie is a good breakfast bet for you. It’ll quench your thirst, replace carbs (glycogen) in your muscles, give you a little kick of potassium, and so much more.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 2 tbsp Hemp Seed Hearts
  • 2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups Mango Chunks (frozen)
  • 1 cup Jasmine Green Tea
  • 1 Dates, Pitted
  • 8 leaf fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 tbsp organic lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger Root

DIRECTIONS

1 TIP: Make sure green tea is chilled before mixing with the other ingredients.
2 Add the hemp seeds to a blender. Cover and blend until powdery.
3 Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and puree well.
