If you like to eat breakfast after a morning workout, this smoothie is a good breakfast bet for you. It’ll quench your thirst, replace carbs (glycogen) in your muscles, give you a little kick of potassium, and so much more.
TIP: Make sure green tea is chilled before mixing with the other ingredients.
1. Add the hemp seeds to a blender. Cover and blend until powdery.
2. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and puree well.
