Jer's Pancakes

The best pancake I ever made! With a healthy twist that makes them even better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Whole Oats, Organic
- 1/4 cup Shaved Almonds
- 3 tbsp Orginal Applesauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt*
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 2 cups 100% Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Organic Fat Free Milk
Directions
Place ingredients into mixing bowl and stir. I add milk until the batter is on the thin side. (I like my pancakes thinner, not like crepes but thinner.) Spoon onto griddle/frying pan ~350 degrees, when they start bubbling flip them over and cook about the same amount of time to get a golden brown.
Put blueberries in a soup pan and add Maple syrup and warm up stirring occasionally. It's ok to bring to a light boil but don't overheat! Pour a little over your pancakes, MMM, MMM!
