Jewish Rye Rueben with Kielbasa

A lower-fat alternative to the traditional reuben.
Ingredients
- 2 slice Jewish Rye
- 2 oz Turkey Polska Kielbasa
- 2 tbsp Saurkraut
- 1 slice Natural Provolone
- 1 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
Directions
1. Toast each slice of bread in toaster oven.
2. Slice kielbasa into thin slices and mix with saurkraut. Microwave mixture for 1-2 minutes.
3. Once bread is toasted, cut cheese in half and place a half on each slice of bread. Add spicy mustard.
4. Spoon kielbasa and kraut mixture on top of cheese and place each slice together, making a sandwhich.
