Jodus' Zucchini Cake

Half whole wheat/half white zucchini cake, no frosting
Ingredients
- 3 cups Vegetable, Zucchini
- 3 Large Egg
- 1 cup Organic White Cane Sugar
- 1 cup Organic Light Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Canola Oil
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1 cup All-purpose White Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, bake at 325* for 45 minutes.
