An ounce of preparation is worth at least a pound off your butt. ;^) Social gatherings can make it very hard to stick with nutritional plans. So make sure that your dish is You-Friendly - you'll certainly thank yourself in the end... Get it?... end! Oh, I crack myself up! This is a very tasty & healthy contribution to any Potluck or Party. It can also be portioned accordingly to work as a main course with Brown Rice or Whole-Grain Pasta.

Ingredients

Directions

Combine Turkey, Beef, Onion, Panko, Parsley, Thyme, Sriracha, Garlic, Ginger, Salt and Egg Whites.
Mix with hands until just thoroughly blended - don't over-mix & make a paste.

Moisten hands & form into 48 meatballs about 1"-1½" dia. & set aside.

Lightly spray a large non-stick skillet with oil.
In batches, brown meatballs on all sides - Make sure you don't over-crowd your pan.
Arrange on baking sheet.

In a saucier over medium heat, mix together the Mustard, Honey, Soy & 5-Spice - This should be a thin, smooth syrup, so use a little water if necessary.
Drizzle over meatballs until all are coated. If you need more or less of this sauce adjust accordingly.

Place baking sheet in a pre-heated oven, 425ºF for 15"-20" or until sauce is bubbly. This can also be accomplished under the broiler, but in either case ensure that you don't dry out or burn the balls.

Skewer meatballs on toothpicks and arrange on a platter with JT's Cucumber & Yogurt Sauce/Salad (Raita), (http://www.livestrong.com/recipes/yogurt-cucumber-salad/).
