Juicy Fried Onions with Smoked Haddock and Broccoli

quick and easy mouth watering juicy Fried Onions with Smoked Haddock, Broccoli, celery and lettuce.
Ingredients
- 100 g Broccoli, Steamed
- 100 g Smoked Haddock
- 1 cup Onions, Sliced
- 1 cup Lettuce, Romaine
- 2 tsp Salt And Pepper
- 1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Celery Sticks
Directions
*can always add other veg (e.g mushrooms,carrots)
1) Peel and roughly cut onion and celery stick into chunky pieces.
*fill a pot or pan with boiled water and 2tsp of salt.
2) Steam/Boil your Broccoli and celery till they soften
Gas mark 4/5.

Drain when soft
3) 2tbsp Olive Oil into frying pan
gas mark 4
4) Fry smocked haddock in frying pan.
5) Add broccoli, onions and celery along side you're haddock in frying pan.
6) Add parsley, salt and pepper.
7) When Smocked Haddock begins to flake and onions/broccoli/celery slightly start getting brown
8) you're redy to dish up! Add lettuce on side of plate.
