Juli's Tomato basil soup

An easy to make tomato soup that tastes creamy and thick!
Ingredients
- 13 Roma Tomato (1 Medium Size)
- 1 cup Cultured Lowfat Buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Clear Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
- 20 tbsp Tomato Paste (organic)
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan, Romano And Asiago Cheeses
- 2 tbsp Basil, Fresh
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper, Black
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
Directions
Puree fresh tomatoes, spinach leaves, basil, spices, chicken broth, and buttermilk. Transfer to stove and add tomato paste, stirring until well mixed. Add cheese and simmer until hot and ready to eat.
