delicious homemade yogurt full of healthy immunity boosting probiotics and calcium. flavor with fruit of your choice, add hemp seeds or nuts for protein and omega 3s

heat milk to 180 to kill bacteria that competes with good bacteria. allow to cool to about 110 then stir in yogurt and powdered milk. wrap with a towel, place in oven to slowly cool for about 8 hours.
