Ingredients
- 8 cups 2% Organic Reduced Fat Milk
- 1 cup Non-fat Plain Yogurt
- 200 g Powder Milk
Directions
heat milk to 180 to kill bacteria that competes with good bacteria. allow to cool to about 110 then stir in yogurt and powdered milk. wrap with a towel, place in oven to slowly cool for about 8 hours.
