Spinach, egg and cheese for quick breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup Frozen Cut Leaf Spinach
- 2 tbsp basil & roasted garlic goat cheese
Directions
Saute' spinach in olive oil, add egg. Cook until done. Add cheese and enjoy.
