Katie and PJ's Broccoli Cheese Soup

An awesomely rich and simple broccoli cheese soup that will not stick around very long!
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb Velveeta Block
- 3 cups Cream of Mushroom Soup - Family Size
- 2 cups Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Milder Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies
- 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup Butter, Unsalted
- 6 cups Frozen Broccoli Cuts 16oz Bag
- 1 cup Mushrooms, Sliced Buttons, Canned
- 120 g Yellow Onion
- 480 ml 2% Reduced Fat Milk
Directions
1. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Add flour to make a white sauce.
2. Add in cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and milk.
3. Cut cheese into blocks and gradually add in. Stir continuously.
4. Chop up broccoli and add.
