Katie's Peach Cobbler

Delicious, low calorie take on traditional Peach Cobbler. Self Rising Flour can be substituted with All Purpose Flour but in this case, add 1/2 tsp Baking Powder.
Ingredients
- 4 Peach
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Blend
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Self-rising Flour
- 1/2 cup Great Value Skim Milk
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Coat the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with butter.
Wash and slice peaches. 8 slices per peach.
Place sliced peaches in buttered baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients in mixing bowl till you have a doughy consistency.
Spoon mixture over peaches.
Bake 45 minutes or until dough is brown and crisp.
Serve with low fat cool whip or vanilla ice cream.
