Keryn - Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Modified Nestle® Toll House Oatmeal Scotchies recipe to include raisins rather than butterscotch morsels.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup LAND O LAKES Salted Butter
- 3/4 cup Dixie Crystals
- 3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 2 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal
- 2 cups Raisins
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 375° F.
COMBINE flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in small bowl.
BEAT butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in large mixing bowl.
Gradually BEAT in flour mixture.
STIR in oats and raisins.
DROP by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets (a melon baller works well for this step for uniform cookies).
BAKE for 11 minutes for crisp cookies.
COOL on baking sheet for 2 minutes, then move to wire rack to cool completely.
