Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
- 186 g Honey Maid Grahams (crackers)
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Sugar, Granulated, White
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 4 oz Regular Cream Cheese
- 4 fruit Limes
- 3 egg
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Crust: In a large bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, softened butter, and sugar. Press into round baking dish. Bake for 5 minutes, then set aside. A prepared graham cracker crust also works fine.
3. Zest 1 tsp of lime rind. Combine with fresh juice of 4 limes (roughly 1 cup) and 14 oz can of condensed milk.
4. Mix in 1/2 package of softened cream cheese and 3 eggs. Whisk until smooth.
5. Pour mixture into prepared crust, and bake for 25-35 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
6. Let pie cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for an additional 2 hours before serving.
