Key lime pie. In a cup!

Quick and easy, this recipe requires no baking, minimal expertise, and uses only a little vodka out of a big bottle. Doesn't get any better than that!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Key West Lime Juice
- 70 oz Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 4 eggs 4 Egg Whites
- 5 oz Vodka
- 8 oz Graham Cracker Crumbs
Directions
Mix the lime juice, condensed milk, vodka, and egg whites together. Blend until it looks like pudding, smooth and consistent throughout.
Put a spoonful of graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of each cup, topped by a few drops of vodka. Put 3-4 spoons of key lime pie filling into each cup, and sprinkle a few more graham cracker crumbs over the top.
I use 8oz plastic cups, this makes about 24 servings - each cup is about half full.
