If you're wondering how to get people to eat salad, this is how to do it. Use a healthy dress and disguise it as a creamy one.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Chop your romaine hearts and place them in a large salad bowl

2. Take your grapes and cut them in half and chop your walnuts and add them to the lettuce bowl

3. Put goat cheese in a small bowl and heat in the microwave for 20 seconds

4. Take goat cheese out of microwave and add balsamic dress and whisk together. The goat cheese serves as an emulsifier so the dressing will resemble a texture of thin caesar dressing.

5. Allow dressing to cool for a minute or two and pour on lettuce.

6. Toss all ingredients together until leaves are coated, and grapes and walnuts are evenly dispersed throughout the salad.
