Kim V's Sausage, Egg and Hasbrown Bake

This is a casserole made with sausage, eggs, hashbrowns and Bisquick and it delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 egg
- 1 cup 2% Milk
- 1 cup Bisquick Dry Mix
- 4 patty Hashbrown Potato Patties
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 3 link Chicken and Apple Sausage
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375. Grease 9x13 baking dish.
Chop up hashbrowns and layer in bottom of baking dish. Chop sausages and layer over hashbrowns. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese.
Mix eggs, milk and Bisquick and salt and pepper until smooth. Pour mixture over entire casserole spreading evenly.
Bake at 375 for approximate 35 minutes. Pull out and sprinkle last cup of cheese over top of casserole. Bake for about 10 minutes more.
You can make this with breakfast sausage, bacon and your favorite cheese. Enjoy!
