Great summer salad using imitation crab meat.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, combine peas, imitation crab, bacon, mayonnaise, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

** To save time use pre-cooked bacon and heat in Microwave.
