mix all ingedents together in a large bowl. Be sure to mix well. Make into balls and place onto parchment paper lined sheet pans. I used an icecream scoop to form the balls it seemed to be easier and less messy. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Let cool and either store in the fridge or you can freeze them as well.
Should yeild about 30 meatballs.
