Lasagna

Delicious, light, homemade lasagna.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Lasagne Noodles
- 2 egg
- 2 1/2 cups Non Fat Ricotta Cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp Parsley Flakes
- 1 lb Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 serving
- 13 oz Old World Style Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
Directions
1. Cook noodles until tender. Drain well.
2. Beat eggs. Add ricotta, 1/2 cup parmesan, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Layer half the noodles in a baking dish. Spread half the ricotta mixture, half the mozzarella, and half the spaghetti sauce.
4. Repeat layers. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top.
5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
