Lasagne

Made in a large casserole - serves 4 men, 8 girls :).
Ingredients
- 1 medium Onion, Raw
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 6 cups Spinach, Raw
- 300 g Lean Steak Beef Mince
- 1 can Chopped Italian Tomatoes
- 200 g Tesco Lasagne Sheets
- 100 g Edam Cheese
- 2 cups .5% Milk
- 10 g Clover Margarine
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
Directions
1) Chop and brown the onion with a little spray oil in a large pan
2) Add the beef mince and brown
3) Grate the carrot and add to the pan for a minute
4) Add the garlic, mix together
5) Add the tinned tomatoes, herbs, 1 can of water and a good dose of pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
6) Whisk the ricotta and milk together in a large bowl until smooth
7) Layer a third of meat mixture, 1 lasagne sheet, a third of the ricotta mixture, season with salt and pepper and repeat until all ingredients used.
8) Bake uncovered for 45 mins at 160 - 180 degrees.
