Lauren's Homemade Salsa

Fresh and clean tasting salsa made from scratch. This is a medium heat salsa
Ingredients
- 2 Onion, Medium - Cooked
- 4 middle size Red Pepper
- 2 cups Green Onion
- 4 cups Canned Tomatoes, Diced
- 20 medium raw Roma Tomato
- 5 cloves Garlic Clove
- 8 Fresh Jalepeno Pepper
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper, Black
Directions
Place all veggies in a food processor (in large chunks) and chop till it still has some texture.
chop green onion and cilantro by hand, mix all together
Let sit overnight if possible
I don't have anything else to put here but I have to have at least 200 characters. Its a pretty simple recipe, that is absolutely delicious. If you don't like it too hot, you can remove the ribs and the seeds of the jalepenos.
