The classic breakfast dish served hot out of the oven with either with some butter or some cream cheese frosting. Either way it is a delicious breakfast option and fairly simple to make.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 lb All Purpose Flour
- 4 cups Whole Milk
- 10 Large Egg
Directions
with a wisk attachment on your mixer mix together the eggs until just combined.
once that is done add in all of the milk, just mix until combined. Add in the butter, melted until just combined.
Switch to the paddle attachment and add in all of the flour. beat until fairly smooth, but don't beat on too high or else your popovers won't pop up.
Bake at 425 (if you have a regular oven, 375 for a convection) until puffed up and dark brown all over. If not fully cooked your popovers will deflate
