Chocolate cake with an gooey center!
Ingredients
- 6 Semi-sweet Baking Chocolate Squares
- 3 egg
- 1/2 cup Granulated White Sugar, 1 Cup
- 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
- 12 tbsp Unsalted Butter
Directions
Melt the chocolate and butter together on a double boiler. Whisk the egg and sugar together until it turns white. Mix the chocolate mixture into the egg, then add the flour. Pour into buttered ramekins and Cook for 15 min at 350.
