Lean Turkey Meatballs

Delicious meatball alternative for pasta dinners or sammiches.
Ingredients
- 20 oz Lean Ground Turkey
- 8 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 2 egg
- 1 tbsp Minced Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly
Form approx 1" balls out of mixture
Heat large skillet with non-stick Olive Oil flavored cooking spray
Brown meatballs in skillet, turning frequently to brown all sides
Place meatballs in large baking dish, bake in 350º oven for 25 minutes until done.
