Lemon Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 12 oz Pork Chop
- 1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Parsley, Raw
- 1/5 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine Bread crumbs, half full lemon rind (chopped fine), salt, pepper and chopped raw parsley in a bowl. Dip Pork Chops in Lemon Juice, then in crumb mixture.
In a sauce pan, add olive oil and heat to med-high. Add pork chops to olive and cook 5 min or until 1 side is brown. Flip and place in oven for about 10 min or until cooked.
Serve with small salad and enjoy!
