This is a delicious and healthy recipe that takes no time at all to make. You can bake it or even grill it. Tastes great either way! Original Recipe courtesy of: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Lemon-Garlic-Tilapia/Detail.aspx

Ingredients

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Rinse tilapia fillets under cool water, pat dry with paper towels and lay in a single layer in a baking dish. (If using frozen, just lay in pan - this worked just fine for me.)

Melt butter in small pan or skillet. Saute garlic to bring out flavor. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Pour mixture over fillets.

Bake in preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 10-12 minutes.
