Lemon-y Chicken

Skillet Chicken Dish on the fly!
Ingredients
- 2 piece Chicken Breasts
- 10 oz Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp 100% Juice Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Pepper, Black
Directions
1.Spray a 10-inch nonstick skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
2.Stir the soup, water, parsley, lemon juice, paprika and pepper in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Top the chicken with the lemon slices.
Serve with brown rice and brocolli!
