LightFoot's Rumpleteaser ala Spaghetti Squash

We still have spaghetti squash left, so of course we substitute it for noodles in most recipes...
Ingredients
- 6 oz Fake Cream Cheese
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 5 cups Spaghetti Squash Cooked
- 1 medium Onion, Sweet
- 1 medium raw Green-bell Pepper
- 8 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup Organic Ketchup
- 1 lb Beef, Ground-lean
- 3 clove Garlic
Directions
Cook spaghetti squash, squeeze out excess moisture, and mix with the cream cheese, lemon juice and worchestershire sauce. Put all of this in a 9x9 baking dish.
Brown the beef with onion. Add green pepper and garlic for a few minutes. Mix in tomato sauce and ketchup and cook 8 minutes. Put meat mix on top of the noodle mix.
Bake for at least 10 minutes, until heated through.
