LOST Steamed Irish Vegan Feast

A delicious steamed Irish vegan feast served at the LOST supper during the Season 6 episodes "The Candidate" and "Why They Died,"
Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes (new)
- 3 Meatless Italian Sausage
- 2 cups Brown Basmati Rice (uncooked)
- 4 1/2 cups Southern Greens Blend
- 4 oz Onions, Green
- 33 g Ginger Root, Raw
- 10 cloves Garlic Clove
- 12 tbsp Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
- 4 tbsp Sesame Oil
Directions
Make the rice and set aside. Slice potatoes, vegetarian sausage, garlic, ginger and scallions and place in a large steamer. Add greens to the steamer. Steam for about 15 minutes.
To serve, place about 3/4 cup of rice in a bowl and top with the steamed mixture. Season with low-sodium soy sauce and sesame oil. Enjoy!
