Louanna's Chili

This is a bean chili with all sorts of beans and a bit of meat thrown in for good measure. Heavy on the proteins, quick to prepare and delicious.
Ingredients
- 3 3/4 cups Original Diced Tomatoes With Chilies
- 3 1/2 cups Organic Black Beans
- 1 3/4 cups Organic Light Kidney Beans
- 1 3/4 cups Organic Dark Kidney Beans
- 1 3/4 cups great northern beans, canned
- 16 oz Bison Meat Ground
- 1 1/2 medium Red Onion (whole)
- 1 middle size Red Pepper
- 1/2 medium raw Green-bell Pepper
- 6 tsp Olive Oil Lb
- 1/8 tsp Salt*
- 4 tbsp Chili Powder Generic
Directions
Saute the vegetables in Olive Oil.
Brown the Bison well.
Put all canned items (beans and tomatoes) into large stock pot. Add vegetables and bison and spices. Mix and simmer over low heat for 1-3 hours to texture.
