Louis Lang Bread w Blanched Almonds

Louis Lang Bread from BTVC with homemade blanched almond butter.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Friendship Farmer Cheese
- 1 lb Almonds, Blanched
- 3 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp Pure Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt*
Directions
Make blanched almonds into flour or butter. Mix cheese, egg, baking soda and salt in food processor until butter consistency. Slowly add almond mixture, dough will be very think. Place in 8x4 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
