Low Cal Oat Pancakes

Lower calorie version of my no wheat pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Quaker Oats
- 1/2 cup Egg White
- 1 rounded scoop Finest Whey Protein
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk Original
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 tbsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 cup Quinoa, Uncooked
Directions
Grind Oats and Quinoa
Combine all ingredients and wisk until smooth.
Cook on a medium hot grill pan (I use the griddler)
Makes about 15, ~2" cakes, which works out to about 70 cals. per cake.
You can make this as a gluten free pancake recipe, just make sure you are getting gluten free versions of appropriate ingredients. (ie oats)
