Low Carb Banana Bread

Made with flax and wheat bran, a lower-carb version of banana bread.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Flaxseed Ground
- 1 cup Wheat Bran
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup Egg Whites
- 1 medium Banana
- 4 packet sweetens Stevia Plus
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, including 1/2 cup hot water, and bake in a 375 F oven for 30 minutes.
