This is basically a bean-less chili or sorts. Very hearty and filling.

Brown the ground beef. Add whatever seasonings you like. I use a homemade taco seasoning mix that has salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, mexican oregano... Then dump in a diced tomatos, and a small can of hot mexican style tomatoe sauce/salsa. Then add the veggies and let simmer until they are the firmness you like. Mine is ready in about 30 minutes. Add water if you like it more watery.
