Low-Cal French Toast

2 slices of whole wheat french toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices Delightful Wheat Bread
- 2 large Egg White
- 1/2 tbsp Imitation Vanilla Flavor
- 1 tbsp Great Value Skim Milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
Directions
Whisk together egg whites, vanilla, cinnamon, and milk. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, saturating both sides.
Cook on medium heat on teflon-non-stick skillet. If you do not have a non-stick skillet, use 1 or 2 sprays of cooking spray on pan before cooking. Allow for at least 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove when toasts are brown and egg is cooked through.
I usually top with 1 tsp of fat-free butter and 1/8 cup of sugar-free syrup.
