Low-fat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
- 4 medium Bananas
- 3/4 cup All-purpose Enriched Unbleached Flour
- 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Original Toasted Wheat Germ
- 3/4 tsp Pure Granulated Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sweet Unsalted Cream Butter
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Pure Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Calumet Doouble Acting Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon (ground Saigon)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Applesauce (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup Clover Honey
Directions
Mash bananas in a bowl.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 12 muffin cups.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
