Low Fat Hummus

Chick peas, Fage non fat Greek yogurt, fresh lemon, garlic, toasted sesame oil and spices (cumin, salt and pepper).
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Canned Chick Peas
- 1/5 cup Total 0% Greek Yogurt
- 0 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cloves Garlic Clove
- 0 oz Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tbsp Pepper, Black
- 1/5 tsp Salt
Directions
In a blender; combine one (1 lb.) can of drained chick peas with one (6 oz.) container of fat free Greek yogurt. Add the juice of one lemon, four chopped garlic cloves, 1/4 tsp. toasted sesame oil, 1 tsp. cumin, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1 tsp. salt.
Blend until smooth.
