Low Fat Sausage Chili

A low-fat sausage chili, with lots of veggies and two kinds of beans.
Ingredients
- 16 oz Original Recipe Sausage Roll
- 1 cup Black Beans
- 1 cup white beans, canned
- 1 1/2 cups Carrots
- 1 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Celery, Raw
- 1 cup Garden Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes With Roasted Garlic And Onions
- 1 cup Onions
Directions
Saute the onions, garlic, and other veggies in a small amount of olive oil. Cook the pork sausage in a separate pan until almost fully cooked and then drain the fat. Pour in 1/4cup of the veggie broth to the sausage pan and deglaze the bottom at high heat. Pour the deglazed sausage and liquid into the sautéed veggies. Add the black beans (not drained) and white beans (drained) into the veggies. Add the diced tomato to the veggies and beans. Pour the rest of the veggie broth into the tomato can and then into the chili. Add chili seasonings of your choice and simmer until ready to eat.
