Pizza with a few fresh ingredients
Ingredients
- 79 g Southwestern Flatbread
- 9 g 2% Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Spices, Basil Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Spices, Oregano Leaves
- 0 cup Basil Pesto
- 1/4 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 21 g Grape Tomatoes
- 1/8 cup Mushrooms
- 1/4 oz Fat-free Feta Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. I actually use the pico de gallo version of the flatbread, but that was not available to choose when documenting recipe. Spread olive oil and pesto paste on flatbread. sprinkle cheese, chopped mushrooms, fresh basil, oregano and tomatoes on bread. Sprinkle garlic powder around the edges of the round flatbread. Place pizza in oven on pan or on rack for about 5 minutes or until your desired taste. Adding more of the ingredients may taste better, but will also add to the calories.
