- 2 servings Egg White
- 1 cups Skim Milk
- 1 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3 tablespoons Omega Cooking Oil
- 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Graham Flour
- 3/4 cups Sugar, Granulated
