Ingredients
- 2 cups Spinach, Fresh
- 2 cups Eggbeaters Quiche
- 1 servings Pie Crusts
- 1/4 cups Feta Cheese
- 1/2 cups Mozzerella
- 1/4 cups Onions
- 1/2 cups Skim Milk
Directions
preheat oven to 450. roll refridgerated pie crust into pie pan and cover edges with foil. bake at 450 for 8 min. remove foil and bake an additional 4-5 min until crust just browning. reduce heat to 325. meanwhile brown chopped onion in skillet. Mix egg substitute, milk, onions, chopped spinach, mozzerella cheese, and feta cheese in bowl. pour mixture into warm crust and bake at 325 for 45-55 min, until inserted knife comes clean
