Persian Granita
Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Rice Stick
- 2 tbsp Orange Juice, Raw
Directions
Mix Water, Sugar on stove until sugar melts. Add Rose water and Orange Juice well and add to ice cream freezer until iciy.
Gradually add the cooked rice sticks a few at a time allowing to freeze between batches added.
